Terms and Conditions

1. Appointment Booking

All appointments must be booked in advance. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Scheduling and Wait Times

After booking confirmation, your test will be scheduled within 2-5 days. Please allocate 2-3 hours on your appointment day for the complete process including waiting time, preparation, and the ultrasound examination itself.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Patients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. We understand emergencies occur and will handle such situations on a case-by-case basis.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price quoted at the time of booking will be honored.

5. Report Delivery and Collection

Reports are delivered Next day. For urgent cases, same-day reports may be available by evening upon request to our staff, subject to radiologist availability and workload. Reports must be collected in person from our clinic. Soft copies are not sent via email or WhatsApp. Please bring your report collection slip.

6. Medical Information and Records

All ultrasound examinations are conducted by qualified sonographer and reviewed by certified radiologist. Results and reports will be shared with the referring physician and the patient as per standard medical practice.

7. Patient Responsibilities

Patients are expected to arrive on time for their appointments and follow any preparation instructions provided (such as fasting or bladder filling requirements). Please inform our staff of any medical conditions like Chronic Heart Failure or Chronic Kidney Failure or water restrictions before the examination.

8. Confidentiality and Privacy

We are committed to protecting your personal and medical information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations. Your information will only be shared with authorized healthcare providers involved in your care or as required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our ultrasound services are diagnostic in nature and should not be considered a substitute for comprehensive medical evaluation. While we strive for accuracy, ultrasound has inherent limitations. We are not liable for any diagnosis or treatment decisions made by referring physicians based on our reports.

10. Image and Video Policy

Ultrasound images and videos are medical records and remain the property of the clinic. Recreational or non-medical ultrasound sessions are not provided.

11. PC-PNDT Act Compliance

Our clinic strictly complies with the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (PC-PNDT) Act, 1994. We do not conduct any tests or procedures for sex determination of the fetus. Such practices are illegal and punishable by law.

12. Minors and Consent

For patients under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide consent for the examination.

13. Refund Policy

Refunds are provided only in cases where the examination could not be completed due to equipment failure or clinic error. No refunds will be issued for patient-initiated cancellations or incomplete examinations due to patient factors.

14. Emergency Situations

Our clinic is not an emergency facility. In case of medical emergencies, please contact emergency services immediately or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

15. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
