Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common queries patients have before their ultrasound.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment from home by calling us and sending your prescription on WhatsApp. You may also visit our clinic directly with your prescription to schedule a date.

Do you do X-ray, CT, MRI or any Blood tests?

No. We only perform Ultrasonography (USG) scans.

When will I get my report?

You’ll receive your report the next day, anytime between 9 AM and 8 PM. If it's urgent, we can provide your report the same evening. Just let reception know if you need it sooner.

Should I be in an empty stomach?

No, not all ultrasounds need an empty stomach. Only abdominal scans usually require overnight fasting. You may drink water. Please check with reception for the exact preparation needed for your test.

How much water should I drink before the test?

For abdominal or pelvic scans, adults usually need to drink about 2 liters of water and avoid urinating until the test is done. Please drink the required water only at the center after we tell you—water taken at home is not accepted. If you have any medical conditions or water restrictions, please inform us.

What documents or prescription should I bring?

Please bring your original prescription and any previous ultrasound reports. For pregnancy-related tests, a photocopy of a valid ID proof and your prescription or referral slip are required.

How long does a test take?

Approx. 2–3 hours including waiting, preparation and scanning time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept both cash and UPI payments.

Do I have to take any laxative like Dulcolax (Bisacodyl) before my test?

No. You don’t need to take any laxatives or bowel-clearing medicines before an ultrasound.

Emergency services available?

No, we do not provide emergency services. If you have a medical emergency, please visit the nearest hospital.
